Heather fell in love with Colorado during her first visit to Boulder in 2014. She was immediately taken with Colorado’s majestic views and active lifestyle - a mirror to her own upbringing in rural Ontario, Canada. She officially relocated here just weeks after visit, and hasn’t looked back!
After earning her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Guelph, Heather began working with a variety of small start-up companies in the Toronto area in marketing-focused roles, which uncovered her passion for marketing and business development. Her natural entrepreneurial skills were rounded out with additional education in Small Business Management at Front Range Community College.
In 2016, Heather began working under the mentorship of an esteemed Realtor ® in the Boulder area with over 30 years of experience. Working in this role was a dream come true - it seamlessly blended Heather’s passions and skills with the responsibilities required for successful real estate transactions. Thanks to that strong and consistent guidance, Heather’s role as an assistant expanded to include more aspects of the business and lead to her attaining her own real estate license in 2020.
2025 offered the opportunity to join The Couture Group with eXp Realty under owner and founder, Holly Couture. Transitioning from an agent role, this new position as Operations Manager is a great blend of her organizational skills and real estate knowledge. Heather is still actively licensed, allowing her to dive into team transactions with listing management and transaction coordination sides (among other things!). As the first point of contact at The Couture Group, Heather’s professional expertise and a warm and friendly touch is motivated by her desire to have every client’s experience be successful and enjoyable. She prides herself on her attention to detail, integrity, and expertise, ensuring every transaction receives her full commitment and proficiency.
With 10 years of real estate experience, Heather has had the privilege of working on a diverse set of transactions in a diverse set of roles. She has represented the listing, selling and transaction management sides, and transaction types include mountain homes, 1031 exchanges, new developments, investment properties, first-time home buyers, co-housing communities, and much more.
When she’s not at the office, Heather can be found as the only adult on the playground with her three year old daughter, obsessively propagating more house plants, crocheting stupid hats, or snuggling up at home with a mug of tea, a good book and her two cats.
